34:11, 6K. This time, 4 reps at the 370m then finish with two reps 500m.  Ok, started slow and pushed hard later, I’d imagine they would be slight;y faster on the track as the xylo is not the smoothest of surfaces – we shall see later when we graduate to 800’s. HR 130/163. Activity/18564940

Baby Intervals

27:30, 5K. A little speed work as pre-interlude to more serious training to come.  Only 370m today with 4 reps, decided not to go OTT with race this Sunday, not that that is so important anyway.  HR: 126/157. Activity/18126523
