34:11, 6K. This time, 4 reps at the 370m then finish with two reps 500m.  Ok, started slow and pushed hard later, I’d imagine they would be slight;y faster on the track as the xylo is not the smoothest of surfaces – we shall see later when we graduate to 800’s. HR 130/163. Activity/18564940

Splits: 370’s, 1. 1.32, 2. 1.25, 3 1.23, 4 1.22.  500’s, 1 2.06, 2 1.56.
